Questions, answered.

Is Parola free?

Yes. Parola is free to download, the free version includes three collections, and everything you collect stays free. Parola Ultra is an optional upgrade, available monthly, yearly or as a lifetime purchase, with iCloud backup, unlimited collections, offline dictionaries and every typeface, icon and theme. The yearly plan has a 7-day free trial.

Where are my words stored?

On your iPhone. Your saved words and collections live in a database on your device, there’s no account, and they aren’t sent to us. If you turn on iCloud backup, a Parola Ultra feature, your collection is also kept in your own private iCloud. Read the details in our privacy policy.

Does it work offline?

Your collection is always on your phone, so it works offline. Parola Ultra adds offline dictionaries, so you can look up new words without a connection.

What’s the Word of the Day?

Every day Parola introduces one new word to discover. Keep it, give it your meaning, or add the widget to see it on your Home Screen.
