Where are my words stored?: On your iPhone. With Parola Ultra, you can optionally back them up to your own private iCloud. There's no account.
Is looking up words free?: Yes, in every language.
Does Parola need an internet connection?: Dictionary lookups fetch entries from data.heyparola.com, and pronunciation audio streams from Wikimedia Commons. Your saved words work offline.
What is Parola Ultra?: A monthly or yearly subscription (yearly comes with a free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase. It adds iCloud backup, unlimited collections, offline dictionaries, and every typeface, app icon, and theme. Everything you collect stays free. See the Terms of Use.
How do I restore, cancel, or get a refund?: Tap Restore Purchases at the bottom of the Parola Ultra screen. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
